When so much is at stake, it is necessary to find out if they are qualified and can be trusted. If trusting a counselor, advisor, or doctor is important… how much more important are the credentials of the Savior, King, and giver of eternal life?…

Greatest Gift

God had promised His people the greatest gift that could be given to mankind. He had promised a seed/offspring who would be their forever King and Savior. At great cost he would give them himself. The time had finally come for his arrival. Luke most likely interviews Mary herself for this true and world changing story.


A person who has been saved by the grace (unmerited favor and divine enablement) of God is going to grow in degrees of godliness (Phil. 1:6; 1 Tim. 4:7) and put their relationship with God in a position to THRIVE. This is done through the nourishment of disciplining oneself by the power of the Holy Spirit rightly motivated to do the spiritual disciplines.

To Life!

We can observe two key realities when we look at life under the sun. First, the reality of death is inevitable. Secondly, life can be confusingly unpredictable. How are we to make sense of this in our lives and live in the middle of it all? In the center of the unpredictability of life and the inevitability of death God wisely commands us to something.
