Ryan has been married to his wife Raychel since June 5 th , 2004 and they have four children Eden, Alyxandra, Skyler and Ananias. Ryan is an avid cyclist, and enjoys doing physical team competitions like Ragnar and Tough Mudder.
Ryan has a deep desire to see young people develop an authentic relationship with Jesus that transcends their culture through sustainable community, impactful teaching and mentoring. Beginning his own relationship with Christ in a Desert Breeze youth program, he is “home grown” and knows first-hand the dramatic life change that happens when young people place their trust the redemptive work of the cross. He is also passionate about leading and equipping followers of Jesus to do the good work they are designed to do from a deep intimacy with the Trinity.
Partnering with the families, Ryan considers the unified experience of Desert Breeze Ministry from cradle to college. He is the trellis upon which the wonderful work of youth and children staff and volunteers are supported and displayed. As an extrovert, he loves meeting new people and developing relationship that allows him to see the work of the Holy Spirit in their lives.
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
